Women's Health Continuing Education Research Study

Purpose of this Study

The purpose of the study is to determine if continuing professional development (CPD) is more effective than a traditional continuing education (CE) program in changing pharmacy practice behavior.

What You Will Be Asked to Do

You will be randomly assigned to either a group that completes a continuing education (CE) model or a continuing professional development (CPD model). You will be asked to complete pre-education surveys and post-education surveys. You will also complete knowledge assessments. You will be asked to complete the CE or CPD learning in 1 month. Following that, you will perform your normal job functions and 1 month later be asked to complete a post-survey
