Pediatric Emergency Care Safety Initiative (PECSI)

PECSI offers free CEU/CME credits for healthcare professionals. Each learning module topic covers pediatric populations in different emergent situations. Modules range from 1 to 2 hour credits. To access additional education resources, such as simulation scenarios, dosing cards, and tools click on the PECSI website link: http://pecsi.emergency.med.jax.ufl.edu/.

To move forward in the PAMI Quick Registration process, you will need a Gator Link username and password. A Gator Link will provide you access to enroll in online CEU/CME courses at University of Florida. Click “Enroll in the activity” to create a Gator Link or to log in with your current Gator Link.

Important! Read before Registering!

**When creating a UF Gatorlink ID, you will need to create a password that is at least 8 characters, has a combination of the following 3 out of 4 options: 1 special character (!@#$%), uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. The password cannot be a dictionary word or contain a string of numbers or letters on the keyboard (i.e. QWERTY; 123456, GHJKL, etc...). An example of a password would be: Ga!oruf.

Supported Browsers for Canvas

Canvas supports the last two versions of every browser release. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of whatever browser you are using as well as the most up-to-date Flash plug-in.

As of August 24, 2015, we support the most recent versions of Flash and popular web browsers:

• Internet Explorer 10 and 11
• Chrome 43 and 44
• Safari 7 and 8
• Firefox 39 and 40 (Extended Releases are not supported)
• Flash 17 and 18 (for recording or viewing audio/video and uploading files)
• Respondus Lockdown Browser (supporting the latest system requirements)
