Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes are often at higher risk of hypoglycemia.  Strategies to minimize risk of hypoglycemia in patients receiving drug therapy for type 2 diabetes are discussed in this program.  Approaches to managing hypoglycemic episodes are also included in this program.
