Engineering Leadership (Registration opens 8/15/2019)
Having high-potential staff with leadership competencies is frequently recognized as a critical success factor by most private, public, non-profit and educational organizations. Engineering or technology-based organizations must have leaders who can help them adapt and grow within an uncertain and rapidly-changing business environment. This short course examines the key foundations of modern-day leadership with linkages to helping individuals become a better leader of teams and groups in organizations.
