This online course provides the student with the foundational legal knowledge necessary for forensic rehabilitation consultation. Students will be introduced to the legal process and the various venues in which rehabilitation consultants render expert opinions. Economic principles that impact and interact with the opinions of the forensic rehabilitation consultant are discussed. The course will include an in-depth discussion and application of ethical decision making principles and common conflicts encountered in forensic rehabilitation consultation. The course will finish with a discussion of case development methods and business practices.
Please note that this is the second course in a 3-course program. Upon completion of this course, you will be directed to register for the third course.
